Here are my 2024 Goals:

1. Be consistent with Breathwork Practice. Start with a 5-minute breathwork exercise and gradually increase the duration. Integrate this new habit with an old one (before morning tea!). Have an accountability buddy to provide motivation on rough days!

2. Avoid checking the phone after waking up. To maintain consistency with this goal, I intend not to bring my phone into the bedroom and check it only after completing my morning routine.
