Reflecting on the Past, Preparing for the Future
The last week of December is an ideal time to look back on the year—its highs and lows—and start planning for the year ahead. Setting resolutions, defining goals, and creating schedules can help bring structure and clarity to life while providing a big-picture perspective. For me, this time is dedicated to planning for my work, health, and travel.
While some may find this approach excessive, I see it differently. It’s not a chore but a calming and empowering habit that keeps me grounded and focused.
Part of my reflection and planning involves prioritizing awareness—especially about health. Just as goal-setting helps bring clarity to life, awareness empowers us to take control of our well-being.
The Power of Awareness
Awareness is essential for early detection and prevention. It begins with cultivating a fearless mindset and a commitment to seeking accurate information. By staying curious and following the right protocols, we can make informed decisions for our health. After all, as the saying goes, Prevention is better than cure.
